Concentra is seeking a Center Therapy Director to lead clinical operations, supervise therapy staff, and ensure exceptional patient care within our center. The role focuses on improving outcomes, workflow efficiency, and regulatory compliance while promoting a collaborative, safe, and high-quality work environment.

The position emphasizes leadership in therapy services, coordination with DTO/CMD, and active participation in program development and quality initiatives across the center.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree with licensure in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Proven clinical leadership and staff supervision capabilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the center and lead by example.
• Monitor and improve clinical center metrics and outcomes.
