Job summary

AVANCE San Antonio seeks a Center Supervisor to lead Early/Head Start programs, ensuring full compliance with regulations and standards. The supervisor will oversee teaching staff, provide training, and support implementation of educational content.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in early childhood and experience in managing early childhood programs. This role includes collaboration with various AVANCE teams to support children's readiness for school.

Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching in an early childhood setting.
• Experience managing an infant/toddler or preschool program.
• Experience in supervision, management or coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teaching staff for Early/Head Start programs.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and regulations.
• Support teachers with education curriculum implementation.
• Conduct training and coaching for staff.
• Coordinate with Family Engagement team for services.
