Agile Occupational Medicine in Santa Fe Springs, CA, seeks a Center Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care. You will lead a team of physicians, nurses, and medical assistants, oversee staffing and scheduling, and drive compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, 5+ years in healthcare management, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with hands-on EMR experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an occupational medicine setting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team supervisor role.
• Knowledge of medical office workflows and processes.
• Prior experience with EMRs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Center schedule to ensure proper staffing and daily operations run smoothly.
• Step in to cover as well as assist staff members with assignments and duties when necessary.
• Support in recruiting, hiring, and training for new employees.
• Manage the Center's budget and financial resources including facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and organizations.
• Keep up to date with developments in occupational medicine and implementing new practices as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, flexible between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Compensation

Starting compensation range is $70,304.00-$75,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
