The Fresh Market in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Center Store Specialist to lead freshness and merchandising in Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, Coffee, Candy, and Beer & Wine. You will ensure product quality, pricing accuracy, and planogram execution while upholding guest engagement and inventory integrity.

The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, with a team that values hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Attention to detail with organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center store categories meet freshness, rotation, dating and temperature standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of dairy, frozen, bulk, coffee, candy, beer and wine.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, with proper receiving and storage.
• Play a key role in compliance during item transitions and promotional events.
• Support front-end operations during peak times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
