The Fresh Market is seeking a Center Store Specialist to supervise key center store categories—Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, Coffee, Candy, and Beer & Wine—ensuring freshness, accurate pricing, and compliant merchandising. You’ll drive inventory integrity and guest engagement while upholding service standards.

Ideal candidates bring solid retail experience, strong organization, and the ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic store environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Center Store categories meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating and temperature compliance for dairy and frozen items.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of dairy, frozen, bulk, coffee, candy, beer and wine.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
