The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, 5+ years in grocery retail with store operations and merchandising experience; natural foods a plus. Strong customer service, cross-functional teamwork, and MS Office knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees NL department manager and holds Grocery Manager responsibilities to ensure staff accountability.
• Provides ongoing training to staff on policies and procedures.
• Financial ownership and accountability of applicable departments.
• Manages merchandising, program execution, loss prevention, and department appearance.
• Maintains store sanitation and cleanliness per local laws.
• Maintains safe work environment for employees, vendors and customers.
