Job summary

The Fresh Market in Cincinnati is seeking a Center Store Specialist to lead operations across Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, Coffee, Candy, and Beer & Wine. You’ll ensure product freshness, pricing accuracy, and compliant merchandising while supporting inventory integrity and guest engagement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or grocery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Center Store categories meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating and temperature compliance for dairy and frozen items.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of dairy, frozen, bulk, coffee, candy, beer and wine.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
