Job summary

SpartanNash, a food solutions company within the C&S Wholesale Grocers family, operates Family Fare stores and serves a wide network across the United States. This posting is for our Litchfield, MN location and the role offers a Full-Time schedule with hourly wages of $13.00–$16.00 depending on experience.

In this position you will assist in receiving, stocking, merchandising, product rotation and store maintenance while following safety and guest-experience guidelines, PPE rules, and company

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Detail oriented and able to learn product locations.
• Retail or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise.
• Fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Maintain knowledge of products and locations in the store.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments as needed.
