• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and accurately.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team, stepping in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
