Responsibilities

• Perform daily store walks and enforce safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and manage bookwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Resolve guest concerns and communicate with the Store Manager.
• Act as part of the store leadership team and fill in as needed.
