• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily center store activities and ensure task lists are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and manage inventory.
• Maintain daily bookkeeping with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns related to team member service and keep leadership informed.
• Step in to lead as part of the store leadership team when needed.
