Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment for center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed and store walks are conducted.
• Maintain safety processes and promptly enter service/maintenance tickets.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns relating to team member service.
• Serve on the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
