• Perform daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight.
• Address guest concerns promptly and inform Store Manager as needed.
• Serve on the store leadership team and step in when leadership is unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
