Casey's is seeking a Center Store Manager in Story City, IA to lead center store operations with accountability and empowerment. You will train, coach, and engage the team under the Store Manager, ensuring daily tasks, safety, and inventory are managed while maintaining strong guest relations.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive performance, oversee vendor interactions, and participate in the store leadership team to ensure product availability and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily task completion.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service tickets and manage maintenance requests promptly.
• Oversee inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Participate in store leadership and step in when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
