Casey's General Stores in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the store team. You will partner with the Store Manager to train, guide, and empower staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring product availability.

This hands-on role manages inventory counts, audits, invoices, safety processes, and daily bookwork under the Store Manager's oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily center store activities and ensure task lists are completed.
• Perform daily store walks and implement safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and manage inventory.
• Complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
