Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the team to drive operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
• Daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Service and maintenance tickets entered promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Participate in store leadership and cover when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
