Casey’s in Sabetha, KS is hiring a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations with a hands-on, guest‑focused approach. You’ll train and empower the team, partner with the Store Manager, and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and timely task completion.

You’ll manage vendor relationships and daily bookwork, address guest concerns, and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable, while performing Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily task lists, store walks, and safety processes.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Resolve guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Lead when other leaders are unavailable and perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
