Casey’s is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead with accountability and empower the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members while ensuring daily tasks, safety processes, and store maintenance are carried out.

You’ll manage inventory, complete daily bookwork, and monitor vendor relationships to maintain product availability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily task lists are completed.
• Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
