Casey's is seeking a Center Store Manager to drive operational excellence and empower a team within the center store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, train staff, and ensure accurate inventory, audits, and vendor communications to maintain product availability.

You’ll lead with accountability, complete daily tasks, and address guest concerns while maintaining safety and compliance. A strong ownership mindset and adaptability are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: complete daily task lists, safety walks, and tickets.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns related to team member service and keep leadership informed.
• Perform Center Store duties as needed and step in when other leaders are unavailable.
