Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager in Mabank, TX to be a hands-on leader driving operational excellence and team engagement. You’ll train, guide, and empower teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience while partnering with the Store Manager on daily tasks, audits, and vendor relationships.

You’ll oversee center store activities, manage inventory, complete daily bookwork, and ensure safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the center store, influencing operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily tasks and safety processes.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team, stepping in when others are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
