Casey's in Beloit, KS is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations, train and empower teammates, and deliver an exceptional guest experience under the Store Manager’s guidance.

You’ll oversee center store activities, ensure daily task lists are completed, conduct store walks and safety processes, manage inventory, complete daily bookwork, and address guest concerns with timely updates to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily task lists are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns related to team member service and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
