Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower team members in the center store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage the team.
• Oversee center store activities: daily tasks, safety, and ticketing processes.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork under Store Manager guidance.
• Address guest concerns related to service and partner with leadership to resolve.
• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable and perform all store team duties as needed.
