Casey’s General Stores Inc. seeks a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations, driving accountability and empowering the team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff, oversee inventory, audits, and vendor checks, and ensure excellence in guest service.

Under Store Manager supervision, you’ll handle daily tasks, safety, and bookwork, resolving guest concerns and stepping in to lead when needed. Salary range starts at $17.50–$20.15 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision.
• Complete daily task lists and conduct store walks.
• Ensure safety processes and service tickets are recorded promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Step in as a store leadership team member when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
