Job summary

Casey's General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager in Iowa to lead center store operations, train and empower team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will drive inventory accuracy, complete audits, manage invoices, and conduct regular vendor check-ins while partnering with the Store Manager to support safety, daily tasks, and guest satisfaction. Starting pay ranges $15.00–$17.25 per hour, with growth opportunities within Casey's.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center store operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily tasks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
