Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to be a hands‑on leader driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction in the center store.

You’ll train and empower team members, partner with the Store Manager, and ensure accurate inventory, audits, and timely vendor check‑ins to maintain product availability. The role includes leading with accountability, managing daily tasks and safety, and stepping in to guide the store leadership team as needed.

• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with supervision.
• Resolve guest concerns by coordinating with the Store Manager.
