Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a hands-on Center Store Manager to lead the center store with a focus on operational excellence and team engagement. You will train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll be accountable for accurate inventory counts, audits for compliance, managing invoices, and regular vendor check-ins to ensure product availability. This role requires collaboration with the Store Manager and participation in the store

Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities within the center store with accountability.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee daily task lists, store walks, safety processes and tickets.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to service and keep leadership informed.
• Serve on the store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
