Job summary

Casey’s in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center-store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to train and engage a high-performing team, ensure accurate inventory, and manage vendor relationships to maintain product availability.

You’ll be responsible for audits, daily bookwork, safety compliance, and continuously improving store performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the center store team.
• Partner with Store Manager to train and coach staff.
• Oversee center store operations and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Perform daily store walks and enforce safety processes.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns quickly and elevate when needed.
• Act as part of the store leadership team in the absence of other leaders.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
