Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train and engage the team, and ensure guest satisfaction while partnering with the Store Manager. You will manage inventory, audits, and vendor check-ins to keep products available and financials accurate.

You will coach staff, oversee daily tasks, safety walks, and service requests, and perform store duties as needed to uphold Casey’s guest experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower store team within the center of the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: complete daily task lists and store walks.
• Ensure safety processes are followed and service tickets are entered promptly.
• Manage inventory and perform daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to team member service and communicate with Store Manager.
