Casey's is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead a fast-paced store area, driving operational excellence and team engagement. You will train and empower staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include audits, vendor check-ins, and maintaining financial integrity through accurate bookwork. You will be a hands-on leader, guiding daily tasks, safety processes, and service delivery while stepping in for leadership

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to train and motivate a team.
• Strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Experience with inventory control and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower team members.
• Partner with Store Manager to coach and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities, ensuring daily tasks are completed.
• Conduct inventory counts, audits, and bookwork under supervision.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain safety and service standards.
• Act as part of the leadership team when other leaders are unavailable.
