Casey’s in Chamberlain, SD is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead a hands-on operations team and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll train, coach, and empower staff, ensure accurate inventory, complete audits, and manage vendor relations to keep products available.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, maintain daily task lists, perform safety walks, and oversee store-wide duties while guiding team members toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and daily bookwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train and coach team members.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Follow safety processes during store walks and audits.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep leadership informed.
• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
