European Wax Center - Sterling is seeking a Center Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a passionate team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will partner with Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional experiences.

We value vision, performance, and a culture of success. The role is full-time, in-center, with Tuesday–Saturday hours and an emphasis on coaching, budgeting, and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience in beauty, wellness, or retail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, center budgeting, and forecasting.
• Passion for guest experience, team development, and brand representation.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As the Center Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily center operations while motivating your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with both the Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of all business objectives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
• A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of KPIs, center budgeting, and forecasting
• Passion for guest experience, team development, and brand representation
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

• Full-time availability: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30am – 5:0pm (with flexibility to adjust based on business needs)
