Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage program quality, financial performance, and staffing across licensed child care centers. The role leads planning, implementation, assessment, and compliance, coaching teaching staff to deliver high‑quality interactions and developmentally appropriate activities.

The position requires 3–4 years in ECE/CD, a related degree, and budget/people-management experience. It is a full‑time exempt role based in Irvine, CA with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum AA degree with 24 ECE/CD units, 6 admin units; BA with 12 ECE/CD units and supervised field experience in ECE
• Site Supervisor permit preferred or expected to acquire upon hire
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in ECE/CD field; 1 year mentoring and leading staff preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee program quality, curriculum approaches, assessments and center plans
• Develop and manage center budgets, enrollment, and marketing efforts
• Coach and mentor teaching staff; provide observation and feedback
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures and safety standards
• Engage with families, community partners, and stakeholders to support quality programming
