Role Overview: Center Operations Manager I
This Is What You’ll Do
  • Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations, improvement plans, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in employment decisions including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
  • Foster a positive culture aligned with core values.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations.
  • Conduct thorough on-the-job and certification training, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop best practices.
  • Conduct area walkthroughs and support production productivity.
  • Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with corporate departments.
  • Assist with scheduling and payroll to optimize staffing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
