Role Overview: Center Operations Manager I
This Is What You’ll Do
- Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations, improvement plans, and corrective actions.
- Participate in employment decisions including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
- Foster a positive culture aligned with core values.
- Assist in employee relations investigations.
- Conduct thorough on-the-job and certification training, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop best practices.
- Conduct area walkthroughs and support production productivity.
- Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with corporate departments.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll to optimize staffing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Training in all production areas.
- High School Diploma or GED; 12 months relevant experience.
- Up to 1 year of supervisory or process management experience preferred.
- People management experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
