Qualifications

OneDigital is one of the largest independent retirement plan advisors in the U.S. We are seeking to add a Retirement Operations Manager to our team. As part of a growing operations team, this individual will help to support our Retirement Plan Consultants and 120+ Plan Sponsors that we are currently working with today.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about exceeding client expectations and is a consummate team player. This candidate must be organized, attentive to details and a self-starter. We are also interested in a professional that is consistently looking to improve what we do and how we do it for the good of all and interested in advancing their career through professional development. A strong desire to learn about Retirement Plan marketplace, particularly Defined Contribution Plans, is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):

As part of our growing operations team, the Retirement Operations Manager will join forces with the existing operation team members and share in the following activities:

Oversee and lead all required/recommend annual compliance activities

Partner with recordkeepers, oversee problem resolution, errors and corrections

Manage new client onboarding

Manage plan conversions, mergers/corporate actions and implementations

Assist with participant rollover process

Manage paperwork for client changes:

Recordkeeper agreements

Service agreements

Contact changes

Establish all new clients and maintain existing clients in Salesforce CRM

Manage client reporting

Support Retirement Plan Consultants as needed

Deliver on ad hoc projects and/or reporting


Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Education, Training and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance

3+ years professional experience in 401(k) service provider or retirement plan consulting firm preferred

Experience with plan design, third-party administration, retirement plan operations, ERISA compliance also preferred.

CPFA or similar industry designation a plus; pursuit of ASPAA’s QKA designation in first year of employment required

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce. FI360 a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year .

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
