Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality.
• 3 years of Food and Beverage experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and staff performance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and discipline staff as needed.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and customer service standards are followed.
• Monitor inventory and maintain facility appearance.
• Represent the K1 Speed image at events and manage safety standards.
