Responsibilities

• Oversee cash handling duties, tills, deposits, and change fund maintenance.
• Ensure cashier staff adhere to cash handling procedures and selling standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist monthly counts to match company records.
• Supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient races and well-maintained karts.
• Enforce company policies and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide regular reports to corporate office and maintain facility appearance.
