U-Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Minnesota to take on day-to-day center operations and lead a dedicated team. You will act in the General Manager’s absence, make quick decisions on time and resources, and ensure customers receive a top-quality first impression.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and contributing to ongoing education through U-Haul University, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Leadership experience in any form
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work a variety of shifts

Responsabilidades

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
