Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Madison, Tennessee is seeking a part-time Center Operations Associate to run daily operations when the General Manager is absent.

You will allocate time and resources to projects, manage a team, and ensure customers receive a first‑class impression and high‑quality care. You will perform miscellaneous duties such as hitch installations, brake controller work, and participate in ongoing U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.
