Child Development Schools Alabama seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead day-to-day operations at the Anniston center, focusing on staff management, administrative excellence, and compliance with company standards.

You will supervise scheduling, attendance, licensing adherence, enrollment processes, and family and staff support, collaborating with the Center Director to deliver safe, high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early childhood education (preferred), business (or related field) or equivalent years of experience.
• Meet or exceed State Assistant Director licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative coordination including scheduling and supplies.
• Supporting compliance and documentation requirements.
• Enabling efficient daily operations across the center.
• Family and staff development & retention support.
• Enrollment processes assistance and family engagement.
