Child Development Schools is seeking an Assistant Center Director to oversee day-to-day center operations, staff scheduling, licensing compliance, and administrative execution. This role emphasizes staff development, adherence to policies, and efficient daily operations under the Center Director's guidance.

The position focuses on family and teacher development, enrollment processes, and maintaining program quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling, time and attendance record keeping in ADP, along with staff coverage to meet ratio and operational needs.
• Oversee daily center operations to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance.
• Manage collection and account accuracy; maintain records and timely administrative tasks.
• Support financial operations in partnership with the Center Director.
• Accountable for Family and Teacher development & Retention; assist with tours and enrollment processes.
