Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling, time and attendance in ADP and staff coverage to meet ratios and operational needs.
• Oversee daily center operations to ensure safety, consistency and compliance.
• Manage collection and account accuracy; support financial operations with the Center Director.
• Assist with tours and enrollment processes as needed.
• Coordinate administrative execution and documentation; support family and staff development.
