Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of management, operations, and leadership experience.
• Healthcare/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead intake/enrollment coordination and client relations support.
• Manage center operations, budget, facilities, and KPI reporting.
• Liaise with clinical and support staff to ensure service quality.
