Job summary

Loma Linda University Health's Center for Christian Bioethics Manager is responsible for the daily management and operations of the Center and serves as representative of the Center to academic and healthcare entities within LLUH. This role maintains knowledge of Adventist heritage and coordinates projects from inception to completion.

They supervise staff, oversee events such as grand rounds, webinars, symposiums, and conferences, and handle marketing and communications for these events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least two years in office administration or event planning.
• Effective English written and spoken communication; professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to supervise staff and work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and represent the Center to academic and healthcare entities within LLUH.
• Coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion and supervise staff.
• Plan and oversee events such as grand rounds, webinars, symposiums, and conferences.
• Oversee marketing and communications for Center events.
• Prepare operating budgets, monitor endowment funds, and prepare reports.
