Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high complexity, computerized clinical laboratory as a licensed CLS required.
• California CLS Generalist license required; Histocompatibility license acceptable.

• Coordinate complex testing activities and ensure workflow continuity.
• Promote adherence to quality and regulatory standards and assist with problem-solving and validation.
• Collaborate with peers, Supervisors, and leadership to support readiness, quality improvement, and staff development.
• Provide technical mentorship, facilitate communication, and contribute to the integration of new methods and best practices.
• Perform other duties as needed.
