Key Responsibilities

• Assess donor health and suitability through examinations and history
• Build rapport with donors and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain confidentiality and educate donors about health and safety
• Manage adverse events and injuries
• Assist in staff training and administer employee health programs

Qualifications

• Current certification/license as a Registered Nurse, LPN/LVN, Paramedic, or EMT in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification

• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and hearing acuity
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands
• Exposure to biological fluids, electrical equipment, and cold environments with appropriate PPE
