Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Center Manager in Portland to oversee all daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll lead the team, drive sales performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail sales management or spa/hospitality leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record of coaching and scheduling teams, inventory, payroll, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key!
