You’ll ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards while managing scheduling, inventory, and payroll to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location, responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
