Responsibilities include managing center operations, staff scheduling, training, QA reporting, inventory control, and coordinating with QA for audits. The role requires strong leadership, high attention to detail, and willingness to travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Center operations, product storage, and documentation must comply with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Review and update logs, forms, training records, and equipment validations to ensure compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new hires; perform performance assessments per SOP.
• Report errors/incidents to QA and assist with audits.
• Travel to other facilities for training or staffing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, donor flow, and staff scheduling; address day-to-day issues.
• Maintain inventory, cleaning supplies, and facility readiness per SOP.
• Coordinate onboarding and training; conduct performance reviews.
• Escalate QA findings and assist with regulatory audits.
• Respond to donor concerns and ensure timely product shipments.
