Overview

Select Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Center Manager-Physical Therapist in Charlton, MA

Our Charlton outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. The center features a large, open layout with ample space for functional exercises, private treatment areas, and a dynamic clinic atmosphere. It is conveniently located 16 miles from Worcester, 37 miles from Springfield, 60 miles from Boston, and 45 miles from Hartford, CT. The center is also 1.6 miles from the iconic Tree House Brewing Company. We currently have 2 PTs in this center, treating conditions including ortho, neuro, vestibular, concussion management, sports medicine, dry needling, industrial rehab, and fall prevention programs.

The Charlton location is approximately 40% federally funded (Medicare), with about 50% of those patients undergoing total joint replacements (knees, more than hips). The remaining patients are geriatric, including balance/fall risk patients and general deconditioned older adults. The other 60% of patients include a mix of youth and active adults, with a wide range of post-operative cases such as rotator cuff repairs and ACL surgeries.

The center has been operational and busy since 2013. We see opportunities to strengthen relationships with local high schools. The team consists of two full-time therapists who are long-standing employees, supported by a long-term PSS.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: Salary up to $100k based on experience
