Our Charlton outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. The center is large, open, and equipped with private treatment areas, offering a dynamic clinic atmosphere. It is conveniently located 16 miles from Worcester, 37 miles from Springfield, 60 miles from Boston, and 45 miles from Hartford, CT. The center is also 1.6 miles from Iconic Tree House Brewing Company. We currently have 2 PTs in this center, treating ortho, neuro, vestibular, concussion management, sports medicine, dry needling, industrial rehab, and a fall prevention program.

The Charlton location is approximately 40% federally funded (Medicare), serving mainly total joint patients (knees, more than hips), geriatric patients with balance/fall risk issues, and general deconditioned older adults. The remaining 60% comprises youth and active adult patients, including post-operative cases (rotator cuffs, ACLs, etc.). The center has been operational and busy since 2013, with opportunities to grow relationships with local high schools. It employs two full-time therapists who are long-standing Select employees and has longstanding PSS support.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: Salary up to $100k based on experience
